Overhead Knee Raise (variations)

Overhead Knee raises are a great exercise that focus is on the rectus abdominis muscle (six pack). The secondary muscles worked are your Trapezius muscle (upper back), latissimus dorsi muscle (lats).

Great overall exercise: Perform 2-3 sets AMRAP, 10-15, timed or 30-45 secs
