Lunges (Series 1): For Beginners

This beginner-friendly session walks you through several lunge variations to improve mobility, balance, and strength. You’ll flow through a hip flexor lunge stretch, static lunge, reverse lunge (using a palm tree, towel, or resistance band for support), and finish with side-to-side lunges to open the hips and fire up the glutes.
